Rescheduling and refunds may be permitted no less than 48 hours, (or 1 week for groups of 4+) prior to your scheduled session.

Refunds will not be provided retrospectively, and in the event of late cancellation due to unforeseen circumstance, a partial refund may be applied at absolute discretion of management.
